Please note - when shipping to us or dropping off, turnaround will commence from the date we receive the onesies.

Turnaround time for these is two to four weeks. *Note - turnaround could be quicker, it just depends on demand. We just want to ensure they are done as quickly, but as carefully as possible.* This is due to the fact that these are intricate pieces of work that we will not rush through due to their sentimental value and the nature of them.

Please note, things happen and if any damage should be done to the sweater during creation we may require more material sent depending if we have enough. It’s always great to send a little extra just in case!

Every item you purchase is made in house by us! We source the best quality materials from Canadian warehouses. From there each item is delicately tagged with our brand and the design is printed to your garment right at our warehouse!

This ensures little to no waste. All products are shipped within 3 to 7 business days unless specified as pre-order.

EXCHANGES - Products will need to come back unwashed and in the same condition they were received in. Please email us for exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. If exchanges need to be made, customer is responsible for shipping us the product back and will be responsible for additional shipping costs for us to ship the new product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS - May be done provided an email is sent within 7 days of items arriving to you. Products must come back unwashed and in re-sellable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send us the product. Once items are received by us, we will process the refund. Which can take up to 10 business days to receive.

ORDER CANCELLATION - Must be done within 12 hours of order. By this time, orders are already being processed and have begun going through the warehouse to be made and fulfilled.
